Mary Hopkins Due to have Next Records

THE Welsh singing star who once knocked the Beatles off the number one spot in the charts, has released a rare new album in time for Christmas.

Recollections is a collection of 11 songs originally recorded by Swansea Valley-born Mary Hopkins between 1970 and 1986.

But the singer revealed yesterday the tapes containing the old songs nearly landed her in hospital.

She said: “There were about 30 hefty two-inch tapes weighing heavily on my mind, and also on my bedroom ceiling.

“They had been gathering dust in my loft for many years and one morning I woke up to an ominous creaking sound as a huge crack appeared in the ceiling.

“So, with some prodding from my daughter, Jessica, we decided to release them from their dusty boxes before the ceiling fell in.”

Ms Hopkin shot to fame in 1968 with Those Were The Days, recorded on the Beatles’ Apple label.

When she later married top record producer Tony Visconti – who guided Marc Bolan and David Bowie’s early careers – she soared to celebrity status.

Her first solo public performance had been at the age of four, singing a hymn in the local church hall in Pontardawe where she grew up.

She also sang in rugby clubs and choirs, but got her big break on the X Factor of the 1960s, Opportunity Knocks.

After getting rave reviews on the show, Paul McCartney – alerted to Mary’s “beautiful voice” by the ’60s model Twiggy – had her sign for the Beatles’ Apple Records and she went on whirlwind tours of the US, Canada and Europe.

Ironically, she knocked the Beatles off the number one spot in 1968 with Those Were The Days.

But after having two children she decided to drop out of the public eye and, after a divorce from Visconti, now lives in the south of France, rarely doing interviews.

However, she has continued to write and collaborate with other singers.

Her new album has been put together at Space Studios in Cardiff, where she bases her recording work and record label, Mary Hopkin Music.

She set up the label in 2005 to release material entirely on her own terms – recording in the studio only, without having to do tours, personal appearances or interviews.

It is run by her daughter, Jessica Morgan, 34, who owns Space Studios with her partner, Chris Thomas.

Ms Morgan is following in her famous mother’s footsteps as a singer songwriter in her own right doing session work and individual concerts.

When in Wales, Ms Hopkin writes and records with her son, Morgan Visconti, and Jessica.

Music industry publicist Judy Totton, who represents singers Joe Brown and Welshman Andy Fairweather Low, said of Recollections: “Mary has that exquisite, distinctive voice which made her such a star.

“That voice really stands out on this new collection of old songs and will be a must for fans of Mary Hopkin.”

Pat Richmond of Cardiff, who runs a Mary Hopkin fan site, said: “I’ve heard the album, it gets better and better with each play.”

The Powerful Vinyl Records

Phenomenal things happen in the past and they are still happening now. Take a look at vinyl records; they are wonderful examples of making it a hit again in this generation. This generation supposedly forgets about vinyl records but somehow vinyl fans have managed a good campaign to let vinyl discs flourish. Again, a lot of people are expecting vinyls are no longer reemerging because everything is digital at this present time from cell phones to high end computers.

Actually, a glimmer of hope instill on its heart because people seem to find out the very best to hear music is through analog sounds. It is likely a nice scene to know that vinyl records are suiting up with today’s technology like for example there is now a laser turn table and a USB turn table. It is really sexy to take note of the developments on what are latest news sorties regarding these stuffs.

This simply means vintage items will surely never die on out of the blue scenario. Everybody realized that vinyl sound storage is great. They sounded true and pure. Whenever, people buy it they have no regrets that they had bought it, because in the first place the records sleeves are very much attractive and they are highly praised by music fans.

You know what, the actual story of vinyl started as a mislead order from a small record store. The employee happens to punch the wrong button, instead of sending crates of CDs to clients. They have sent stacks of vinyl records and the rest is history. Then small records stores notice that consumers still love to buy vinyls. They are very much attracted to its warm sounds and its artistic cover art. The sleeves of vinyl records are so pretty and they are really one of the motivations why people love to buy vinyl records than CDs.

The bottom line here is that people are not exaggerating about the story of vinyl records. They simply are the best music storage medium in town.

Why Do People Like to Collect Things?

Every person in this world has something up inside his closet. We all know that everyone had been a child and they learn to collect little funny things until when they became adults they are now collecting sophisticated and fabulous objects. Men like to collect cars, CDs, Vinyl discs, toy cars, stamps, and many more. It is also the same with women. Women literally collect fancy dresses, shoes, maybe boyfriends joking tough, and hand bags.

So all in all, everyone really collect stuffs for several reasons. Like this first reason man isn't contented to harbor a lot of things or isn't satisfied of taking care of many things. This is one of the Godly properties man had acquired from the Almighty because he hath said in Genesis, that man had made from his image and likeness. Thus, collecting is a part of God's mundane tasks until this day. He collects memories of his faithful; he still longs to add his collection through the process of salvation through his only begotten son. It's really quite fun to know that collecting things is a part of the grander purpose and one of the natures of the Almighty has set before us.

Second, people are longing for contentment, because they wanted to be happy and as fulfilled as ever. People are really adamant to a spectacular yearning that only God can satisfy and sustain. Thus, some of us had been dealing our dissatisfaction in a wrong way like drugs, alcoholism, sexual perversion, pornography, and more. So, this is it, people are really in love on the habit of collecting.

Third, some people had become accidental collectors. It is maybe that they admire this person first, through that admiration the person was introduce to collect things or a dead person inspires some one next to his/her kin to keep on collecting stuff. This is really a generational endeavor. The monarchs have that outstanding fervor for collecting pieces of things way back to their own ancestors.

Finally, people are motivated to collect as well as thoroughly love to collect because of the joy f being able to earn something. In today's real world money is one big motivator. People from all walks of life collect stocks, stamps, rare cards, rare vinyl records, bonds, antique furniture, and etc. One rare collection like vinyl records seems to cost as much as thousands of dollars. So the basic thing here is that everything has some reasons why people collect something.

Brian May Not Aware of Freddie Mercury's Sexuality

Doctor Brian May as we now called him to be as of now, because he had just earned his Ph.D in Physics, out from his own hard work and dedication. It was almost as completed in the 70’s but he had a different priority at that time. He was quite enjoying rocking and doing concerts with his band mates in The Queen, along with Freddie Mercury (deceased), Roger Taylor, and John Deacon.

One thing for sure, he wasn’t sure that Freddie Mercury was gay at that time because Freddie boasted a lot of girlfriends at that time. He was really unaware that Freddy was gay.

-- yet he was virtually clueless about the flamboyant singer's homosexuality because he had a number of girlfriends.

"No, I didn't know. I don't think even he was fully cognizant in the beginning," May told British newspaper The Daily Express. "You're talking to someone who shared rooms with Fred on the first couple of tours, so I knew him pretty well.

"I know that all through his life Fred didn't think that whether he was gay or not was important," May concluded. "He loved music, he love his work, and he didn't want anything to get in the way. Anyone who portrays Fred as purely a gay story is missing a lot of the point."

End Time Reminders for Taking Care of your Vinyl Records

Whenever you want to collect vinyl records please consider that you have to take note of issues such as vinyl’s sensitivity from dusts, heat, scratches, and wear and tear. To provide quality care on your vinyl records, please take note on the following points:

Vinyls are not good on dusty environments, to provide long life for your vinyl records place them back on their sleeves when you no longer need them. Store them standing not lying because if you store them stack by stack you will ruin the grooves of vinyl records.

The idea here is to be much more consistent in taking care of your vinyl records. It is fun to take care of vinyls because they are like babies. Before playing vinyls on your turn table, be sure that you had checked the needle, because broken needles form turn tables will endanger the life of your vinyl records. Moreover, hold the records on the edges because your palms and fingernails might destroy your black spins.

Again, a few reminders do not leave your vinyl records inside your vehicle on a hot sunny day. What would be the consequences? They will melt because vinyls are made of thin plastics. When you will store them inside your store room be prepared to eradicate all critters. Roaches, bugs, house lizards, rats, and etc can cause severe destruction on your records if you will allow them to live with your black spins in your store rooms.

Be sure to shield your vinyl records from UV exposure.

The Myths and Reasons Why Vinyl Records are Great

As Small Records Store owners begin to make a reflection on how things had been doing this year. They are so thankful that vinyl records help them out all the way from bankruptcy because CD sales are plummeting. In fact, vinyls are now the best among the rest when they talk about records in physical sense. There are various reasons and along with these reasons are myths about vinyl records reemergence on the music market.

Let’s start with the myths why vinyl got a score on the market scene.
Myth One, well, people say that vinyl discs came back, because collectors wanted their collections of vinyl to raise their worth to hundreds of dollars upon their vinyl records’ return. No, it isn’t so. Collectors had been keeping these discs and their collections will increase in value as time passes by.

Myth Two, to spark some controversy and hit something that people will be curious about vinyl discs are being marketed over the internet so that it would be saleable. No, the market is already there, no need to prod people to buy vinyl records, because people really know between CDs and vinyl records. CDs have their trouble on compression rates and vinyls are warm sounding records.

Myth Three, people hire marketers to revive the whole music industry. The vinyl surge is one of the projects of big labels to fight against illegal downloading and copyright infringements. The issue is not true, people or music consumers have turned the tide of records wars. Many people realize that vinyl records are far more superior to CDs. They choose vinyls because of their warm sounding, novel art covers, and for nostalgic reasons. There is no truth about companies doing the prodding again but in the later part of the story the Labels have started their campaign to market for vinyl records.

The pure reasons are the following which concerns about vinyl records popularity.

Vinyl Records had the purest sound because the true sound is analog in nature. Vinyl’s grooves retain the original sound waves of the original recording. Unlike compact discs, they seem to lose something on the process of catching up the analog sounds due to their compression rates. Moreover, people are motivated to collect vinyls, because they have an artistic sleeve cover to enjoy with. Hey, young adults are compelled to buy records just because of the graphics on the albums. Thus, it is really an added attraction to take note of.

The story about the fascination of vinyl records to any people from all walks of life seems to be different but one thing that they unanimously prefer: Vinyl Records have a soothing warmer sound than anyone else.

Michael Jackson Falsely Accuse of Incurable Lung Ailment

A spokesman for Michael Jackson released a statement on Monday denying as a "total fabrication" a report claiming that the former King of Pop needs a lung transplant due to a rare respiratory disease.

The statement, attributed to Jackson's "official and sole spokesperson, Dr. Tohme Tohme" and issued by Los Angeles firm Scoop Marketing, cites an interview with writer Ian Halperin in the Sunday Express in which Halperin said Jackson was suffering from Alpha 1-antitrypsin deficiency.

Halperin, who is at work on an unauthorised biography of the singer, also claims Jackson can barely speak, suffers from emphysema and internal bleeding, and has lost 95 percent of the vision in his left eye.

"Concerning this author's allegations, we would hope in the future that legitimate media will not continue to be exploited by such an obvious attempt to promote this unauthorised 'biography,'" said the statement attributed to Tohme.

"The writer's wild allegations concerning Mr. Jackson's health are a total fabrication," the statement said. "Mr. Jackson is in fine health and finalising negotiations with a major entertainment company and television network for both a world tour and a series of specials and appearances."

Jackson, 50, one of the best-selling recording artists of all time, began his musical career with his siblings in the Motown group the Jackson 5 and went on release such hit solo albums as "Thriller."

But the singer has been dogged since the 1990s by scandal and revelations about his eccentric lifestyle. He was tried and acquitted of child sex abuse charges in 2005.

Finding Rare and Vintage Vinyl Records

The classic way to listen to music is with vinyl. It is the old form of music playback that is a cherished item for the Baby Boomer generation in North America. However, since the advent of the cassette players, they had faded away and it had been decades since they were actually sold as part of new music packages.

So, for those who wish to go back to the days of Elvis, The Beatles and Led Zeppelin, what can they do? Well, thankfully because cassette players, CDs and mp3 players had come along, it doesn't mean that all vinyl records had been destroyed. In fact, many still exist today and survived that thorny issue.

When you are looking for vinyl records, it does not have to be a hard chore, or tasks and you can actually find them in many different places around the city. One of the best places to look are the pawnshops. They are the dens of the antiques that no one wants any more, and you will be able to find some great vinyl records there that could prove useful to your collection.

Second hand shops are also great locations for vinyl records as people donate them when they get newer versions of music playback technologies. You may find a diamond in the rough, or simply a copy of the record your mom threw into the garbage in 1967.

That being said, do not expect to find Led Zeppelin IV, Tommy or Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band in the second hand store or pawn shops. Even average music listeners know those are valuable and will not give them up without a good price in return.

For the high end and collectible vinyl records you may be looking for, you will have to check out collector's shops, where you will find the records but not for a cheap price. You can probably expect to pay upwards of $50 to $200 for some records, instead of the one dollar per record you would pay in a pawn shop or second hand store.

Vinyl records have gone the way of the Do Do Bird, and no company makes them anymore. They are nothing more than collector items now for a variety of Baby Boomers and their children who want to grab a piece of history. They can be found in many different places in the city, including pawnshops and second hand stores. In those locations, you will find a variety of vinyl records, from the obscure to the well-known. Of course, for the more expensive and valuable types of records, you will have to go to collector shops, or even better, eBay, which will have every kind of record you could possibly imagine to put into your collection.

These days, there are more opportunities than ever to find the vinyl records you are looking for because they have been supplanted by new technology not once, but three times. In fact, two of the technologies that supplanted vinyl records, cassettes and CDs, are considered archaic these days. So, where are you going to find the vinyl records you are looking for?

Victor Epand is an expert consultant for used CDs, autographed CDs, and used musical instruments. You can find the best marketplace for used CDs, autographed CDs, and used musical instruments at these sites for used vinyl recordings, autographed vinyl record and used 70"s musical instruments.

The reason might be people are looking for an out of the box vinyl experience. And here is the most awaited list coming from Musicobsession.

The Who: Face Dances

The Queen: Bohemian Rhapsody

Aretha Franklin: Lady Soul

John Lennon: Imagine

Bee Gees: How Deep is your Love

Finally, these lists are really great, so see them personally. Warning collecting vinyl records is addictive.

The Long Battle Issue Between Vinyl Records and Compact Discs

The whole wide world is seeking for an alternative item to replace the compact discs, because music consumers no longer like the idea of listening to fake sounds of compact discs. This issue has long been the complaints of a lot of people. They are no longer in love of compact discs. The compression issues of compact discs can easily be explained in this way: All the instruments and the vocals used in any music are compressed into digital processes. All sound levels of any sound either voice or instruments are deliberately made louder, with the same frequency of loudness among other sound sources. Meaning to say all sounds for compact discs are at the same level of threshold in which you no longer able to distinguish the trombone from the saxophone. You can still be able to hear them but they are not in their true form. In layman’s term these sounds are not warm enough to please you.

In this case digital music cannot duplicate the major showcase of vinyl records. It is really a clash of the best music storage media. People are now interested on the depth of music. They are no longer getting keen on just listening to be entertained. Music consumers of today are really wise to choose their music storage media.

The shattering fact about compact discs is that their yearly sales are dwindling which is heading southwards to the pits. It is no longer the best physical media to own music. Moreover, the compact disc’s demise is much more influence by the new trend of owning music. It is true that the use of mp3s is very much popular because they are easy to purchase through online channels. Moreover, the rise of portable and handy players is very popular among teens and young adults.

So what you could expect on compact discs sales? You will really expect them to be heading downwards. Furthermore, people really like to bring their music with them either at the malls, on their bed rooms, and so on and so forth. Right now, people are listening to digital downloads more often but young teens and baby boomers are shifting their listening tastes to vinyl records.

It is really a surprise, because young teens that are born without any vinyl records exposure are enthusiastic about the black spin. These teens has surpass adult's eagerness to join the bandwagon because what they actually perceive of vinyl records are old stuffs that are worthy to be kept in our store rooms. So the battle is in favor to... it's up to you.

The Black Spin is Really Splendid

There is really a spectacular rise of vinyl records in our midst, take a look at teens and college students who are eager to shell out some extra money just to buy some vinyl records. It is really amazing. The sales figures of vinyl records had increased to an overwhelming level.

This could really be a fad or a trend, so it depends on whether there could any vinyl storage media that can topple vinyl on its place. After all, the present situation that we are facing right now is that there is really some loving tender feeling for vinyl records at this present time.

People just appear over records stores and are asking if I have a copy of this particular album in vinyl. At first it is so hard to believe that in this generation there are collectors of vinyl records. Vinyl’s figures had increase successively for years.

Vinyl records are simply the best says one fellow. I asked him why you say so; he told me beginning with a long pause” Vinyls are – warm sounding – thingy”. I agree to this little fellow but I am wondering why he is so much interested wherein he wasn’t even born from that turn table era. Teens are so marvelous today, because despite of high technology they still look back to vintage vinyls.

As a record store owner for 30 years in a local district of California. I am very much contented that my business was saved by vinyl demand if not I’d be closing down because I cannot compete with online downloads. I guess, I’ll be on business today and tomorrow.

Michael Jackson Disdains Any Concert Tour

The King of Pop Michael Jackson is afraid of any public exposure and this derails his chances to help his career back on track. Many hopefuls are eager to see a Michael Jackson in concert tour but the odds are slim.

The King of Pop is no longer looking forward to any other concerts because he is tired of being expose in public. Others say that he is fighting for a life changing illness. Others say he is too paranoid to go outside.

Michael is really a big disappointment not only to fans but to performers also who look after him for some sort of inspiration, such as Justin Timberlake among others.

The Reasons Why Vinyl Records Survive Till Now

A lot of people are so happy on their new found love of vinyl collecting. As you can see even young as 18 years old have the penchant to collect vinyl records. It is just normal for them but to us old people somehow we are curious why these kids are going back to analog sound recordings. Isn’t IPods and other digital gizmo’s are enough?

I think vinyls had attracted them to collect because it is either of vinyls monetary value, sentimentality, or they are really collecting them because vinyl records are warm sounding media storage. Think of the CDs which are packaged into great bytes of digital ones and zeros but the sound that CDs emitted are nasty dead ones. You won’t distinguish the breathing movement of each musical instrument on CDs because they are compressed in a not so nice manner.

Actually, the compression rates are the culprit here. Vinyl records are better because of their analog type of registering any sound. If it is an analog it simply means they pick up even the slightest detail that a microphone hears. The breathing of the vocalists, the fresh tinged of the guitar, and many more. In Analog too there are the distinct sound differences among musical instruments.

The demise of Vinyl records dates back in the 90’s where CDs are predominantly the in thing on that time. However, in the long run Vinyl records are really getting a nod that vinyls are better sounding than CDs. This made the youngsters tremendously love the vinyl records album.
This not a cheesy fad that others thought about vinyl records is really here to stay with us.

How Not to Damage Your Vinyl Records Bought from Vinyl Shops?

It is best to own vinyl records that had been bought from a vinyl shop. Anyway, I understand that at this time these records are getting a lot of attraction these days. But do all people know about how to care for vinyl records that are bought from these stores?

If you’d like to own a million of vinyl discs, then it would be preferable to think about a room that is free from water, minimal dusts, and insects such as roaches. Well, think of it, you have to take care of you vinyl records thoroughly because vinyl records are very very sensitive.

Vinyl records will easily melt under the radiant rays of the sun. To tell you, these records are really sensitive to the UV rays of the sun. As a matter of fact once expose to UV rays their contours of grooves will no longer be normal at all.

A worn out needle too will cause your vinyl records to earn some scratches. Vinyls are not easy to kept thus after using the vinyl record you should have to return the disc to its sleeve. And finally, don’t forget to place the sleeve horizontally.

Japanese Turn Tables are more reliable because they have simply put a noise induce plastic bases and plinths. So take note of Japanese sounding brands like Sony. Then consider a belt driven turn table, don't pick the motor one because it's too noisy and may effect your listening experience. Though you need to check for the belt from time to time.

If you are confuse on what to choose; either manual or automatic, it is better to choose manual operation because they are of better sounding quality.

Take note of a unit that might also be able to play 78 rpms, a 45 rpm adapter, and also a dust cover. If you wanted to opt for a turn table that can be hooked on a personal computer, there are tons of units out there.

Music Trends are Cyclic in Phenomenon

In Europe and America Vinyl records are making a standing reemergence on the music scene. One of the reasons in which vinyl records are typically getting a lot of fervor these days it is because of the quality of the sound that people hear from these records.

The music landscape will drastically change very much due to the shift in people’s audio preference. The market is in danger of declaring music albums as obsolete because of the tremendous changes that takes place on buying and distributorship. Take note online music downloads are very much common nowadays because consumers have their own portable mp3 players. No wonder people are no longer focusing on the albums but are now looking to single songs that they can download.

Moreover, the physical ownership of music records eventually shifts from CDs to Vinyl Discs. Though the idea is absurd but it is really happening these days, because people had enough of CDs’ trickery. As for vinyl records they are thriving on a supportive environment that is very much supportive of vinyl’s features.

The clamor for a change in music storage media sent a lot of vibrant enthusiasm among music lovers because they no longer see any expensive albums or music in the coming years because of the tremendous influx of digital copies and as well as the cheap availability of vinyls. But some vinyl records are very expensive due to their rarity.

The trend is really a cyclic process. You don’t know when will be the ups and downs of the music industry. But there are signs that will support your guesses. Vinyl records and mp3 music will gonna be around in 4 or 5 years more.

Small music owners have deeper problems in their respective locations. This is due to the latest trends in music. People at this time are very much pre-occupied over the internet. Then the impact on CDs is great because people will now purchase online music in the form of mp3s. Thus, single music is going to be more famous than albums.

Younger generation listens to music on their iPods, mp3 players, and multi media gadgets. The music trend changes its landscape whereby it pushes for more single oriented music than albums. On the other hand, vinyl records are partly doing great on music stores either physical or online. Imagine, vinyls had long been dead but they emerge as one of the promising formats on the music scene. Vinyl records made a mark somehow at this time to help small records stores and online stores to gain profits. CDs are going towards the trash bin because they simply fall out of favor among consumers. There are so many reasons why but one of the strongest reasons is that CDs are no longer giving any satisfaction to consumers.

Many Indie Music Store owners are commenting that they thank vinyl records from its resurgence otherwise they will close down dude to slow demand of CDs and the increasing trend of music online downloads.

Everybody wanted to earn and learn from this unexpected twist of CDs and Vinyl Records fate. People, especially baby boomers are investing extravagantly on their turn tables and vinyl purchases. They buy online to internet music stores such as Musicobsession, musicstack, and gemm.

Businessmen who owned music stores are very jittery about the feeling of their own impending doom but at this time they were save by vinyl records. The trend is so amazing because consumers had realized that vinyl records are better than music CDs. It is therefore not a fad but a great realization.

Knock Knock, Do you Sell Vinyl Records?

Entrepreneurs are casting their eyes on the lucrative market of vinyl records. They had been doing well on their research for a niche. And right now vinyl records are simply showing a shinning glory in the market today. People buy them in yard sales, garage sales, on independent records stores, and online.

Why vinyl records are fun to sell these days? Maybe the answer lies on the demise of CDs and the virtually non-physical mp3s. People are demanding some music material that they can hold and store on their safe storage places. Here, vinyl discs give them the sure fit of their answers.

The new found answer is the salvation of many independent records store. They are the one who are losing in the very end because CDs sales stats are heading down south. They are thankful enough that these vinyl records had made a comeback. It is assumed that these records were long been dead. And right now, people are asking you if you have LPs of Bee Gees, Beatles, or Queen?

Selling CDs are no longer viable because people can produce them on their desktops today. There is really a score that will tell you that vinyls are getting popular at this time. Vinyl enthusiast will tell you that this is not a fad at all because people or consumers are going to phase out compact discs for good.

It is true the vinyl records are the final nail to CDs coffin.

The Many Reasons Why People are Fond of Vinyl Records

The spectacular rise of vinyl records put them on par with CDs and digital media. School children are discovering a lot about these stuffs. They search over the internet on yard sales and even on attics or store rooms.

It is simply amazing that vinyl records have their best shot to attract people to buy the from store shelves or over the internet. Vinyl sales figures had increase and they are really raking more sales in the coming years. Old people too such as baby boomers are making a lot of purchases to buy vinyl records for nostalgic and warmers sounds than digital ones, because CD’s are purely depended on its compression process. Whereby, the higher the compression rate the better but if the lesser the compression rate the worst.

The competition among various music media format is very competitive. We have to deal with so many media today than the rest of any era. There are blue rays, CDs, MP3s, .wav forms, and vinyl discs. At this present time vinyl records tend to be the famous physical music to own far more splendid than CDs while Mp3s are popular for digital media formats.

Vinyl marketers have a fabulous way to spread the vinyl fever. In every vinyl discs that you buy you will also get a download code. This means you can get an mp3 copy of your vinyl records that you had purchased. It is a nice bargain, isn’t it? It has really attracted a lot of consumers because most of us now possess some form of Mp3 layers and almost most of us have desktop computers or laptops.

The vinyl fever let lose the attitude of loving vinyl records more because they are really special in outlook. Many people are seeking vinyl discs on records stores and even on the internet. Turn table sales figure double just this year.

As a result, more and more labels are choosing to press their new releases on the format they once taught of as obsolete and out touch. They realized that at this time they got to produce more vinyl records because many people are clamoring for more. It is not only in US where vinyl records become so popular. Japan sets their eyes to buy everything in vinyl discs and also United Kingdom, Germany, and even as far as Russia.

Everybody who is an avid fan of vinyl records will say to you that vinyl really sounds better than any format available today. You will hear things playing a record that you won't be able to pick up on when playing that same album in CD or MP3 format.

Vinyl comes in different colors and weights. The heavier the vinyl records the best for listening sounds from them compared to lighter ones. The most interesting feature of vinyl records is that they have these varied and attractive pictures on their front covers. They are perfect to be hanged on the walls, housed on a picture frame.

Finally, people really look for vinyl records, because they happen to be the best music format to collect due to its increasing market value compared to CDs. Rare vinyl types amounting to hundreds and thousands of dollars. Vinyl records will really stay here for good.

The Vinyl Records Fascination among People

It is so fascinating to know that new vinyl records at records stores are attracting a lot of people, particularly young adults and baby boomers. CDs would really be heading down south because CDs sales are decreasing while vinyl records are attracting more buyers not only here but also from outside of the United Sates. It seems people had fallen in love again with vinyl music.

On the same shade, music artists are shifting their focus on music labels and are now producing their own music from its production to its distribution. It is easy to produce music at this time because of the technology. They can easily send their copies to records stores at a faster rate. Hench, you will be able to see a lot of new vinyl records on store shelves. The process is so easy even indie music bands who have no binding contracts from record companies are starting to produce music out from their backyards. It is really easy to make music to your fans.
As you can see, there are fascinating things to rediscover about vinyl records.

Here are the following reasons why vinyls are so fantastic these days:

1. Warmth.
2. Originally audible.
3. Beautiful Vinyl Sleeves.
4. Pirate proof.
5. Collectability.
6. Nostalgia.

People are really rediscovering the true power of vinyl records. They seem to notice the big differences and they will really see more surprises. Decades had passed since the emergence of CDs led vinyl discs to thrive among Disk jockeys and audiophiles. The main cornerstone of vinyl resurgence is the nostalgic phenomenon that has been harbored by baby boomers, seconded, by vinyls warm sound.

Vinyl Records might be unopposed at this present time because they possess legitimacy to stay forever in our store shelves either they are new or used vinyl discs.

This Sounds Crazy: Teens are Buying Crates of Vinyl Discs

Here’s the itch, small records stores are getting a lot of orders from online and calls from people asking for this certain album, but to their surprise they got a different request, customers wanted it in vinyl format. Many customers hailed from overseas who are willing to shell out tons of money. Usually they are searching for rare vinyl records.

At first, vinyl vendors look askance about teens, looking for songs in which they are not yet born. 'Are you guys crazy? You're dealing with vinyl?' “, says one independent store attendant. At first it is really weird for them to budge around the store, holding those vinyl discs covers and asking us about the price and other related questions about these vinyl records. In the long run, owners and store employees surrendered on the issue that the largest buyers of vinyl records are youngsters, the second are the baby boomers.

The trend had helped the store owners to increase their profits and sustain them longer in the business. If without the comeback of vinyl records they would probably ended up selling candies and candles. The business is not so good during the days prior to increasing vinyl demand.

The issue right now is when this vinyl trend would reach its peak. Probably it will last for a decade before a new innovation regarding sound storage and playback. This is not a bliss or some sort of comeback fairytale. Vinyl records are back on the spin.

These are amazing stuffs in vinyl right now. But what is important for us to consider is to purchase or choose them from authentic sellers. As you can see there are a lot of scammers particularly from Nigeria today that tells you about fake deals. If you want to lessen your exposure from them find vinyl records on yard sales, garage sales, to your relative’s hand me downs, and so on and so forth.

If you wanted to buy online be sure that you have typed the right url of the site like for example www.musicobsession.com , because if not then chances are we will be visiting a clone of the original website. It is really dangerous for you to transact business with these guys, who are just after for your money.

It is really best to verify the site first. If you are planning to buy vinyl records personally, please go to your nearest record stores and try to talk a little to store owners about the records. If you are buying from a DJ, first and foremost investigate on the physical state of the vinyl and you can also negotiate any discounts or last price for the particular item. Of course, you have to be a drama actor in negotiating a deal. One of the best rules is to show no interest on the object just put away your feelings and be objective. If you are good in playing poker then you will be successful. Just put on your best poker face when haggling for the lowest price.

If you are successful, make that ear to ear smile on your face once you get home. Open your best catch and play it with a cup of hot cappuccino. Then love the warm sound of vinyl records.
