Could Compact Discs and Digital Records Format Duplicate Vinyl Records?

Before we will be able to touch the 100 dollar question, can we really see the differences on the properties of vinyl records and to its digital brothers? We think that there is something about these records war going on over the music landscape just to attract a lot of music consumers.

The first quarter of 2006, vinyl records had been awesomely going back to its sales. It increases its sales for up to 30% and gained a momentum around 2007 and had been a double last year. Vinyls are really climbing successfully to reach and regain back its throne. Moreover, compact discs still has the attraction to be number one in sales but it is slowing down a bit due to maybe economic crisis or the resurgence of vinyl records. But digital formats are at all time high because they are cheap and can be easily purchased over the internet. The factors on why vinyl records made a stunning reemergence are that people were enlightened on the fact that analogs are better sounding than digital music. It is most likely that people will really be born again vinyl lovers whenever they will hear vinyl records again. The possibility is high.

To add more, vinyls are really great and one of the reasons too is that the records sleeves are really nice. They are really wonderful to look at because they are huge and a novelty item. It is really amazing. Try looking at vinyl covers of Beatles Band. You will surely experience the best and the overall pride of vinyl records.

Digitals have their own story to tell. And it is highly likely that compact discs too have their own demise as well as their own advantage. Right now, one of the arsenals that vinyls have to power to change the music landscape is its being the best physical music record in town. They are also hard to reproduce, thus they are really not friendly to music pirates. Vinyls are now the pet of music producers because of piracy issues.

Finally, Vinyl records really leave a mark on the music scene that is pretty helpful.
