Many people are criticizing the kind of music by Peter ,Paul & Mary. By the way the trio were a Folk singing group form the USA in the 1960's. They are the ones who also sung the songs like 500 miles, lemon tree, If I had a Hammer, and Where Have All the Flowers Gone?.

Ok, so what happens here is that addicts had pointed the puff song on the lyrics. Puff which means smoking marijuana is likened to puff the magic dragon. Is this there national anthem? Smokers called the singers as the 3 stooges in music. Maybe, because they are a bunch of retards who smoke weed everyday. By the way during at that time Barney is not yet created and kids really love to sing Puff.
Peter Yarrow was aghast on this issue.

On one occasion, during a live performance, Yarrow mocked the drug-related interpretations by reciting his own tongue-in-cheek drug-related reinterpretation of "The Star-Spangled Banner", and ended by saying, "...You can wreck anything with that kind of idiotic analysis.
