There are really effective says an American Justice. The songs of Barry is really mellow and soothing so they hope that these punk kids will really flee from malls when they play mellow tunes. How about Christmas medleys or national anthem?

Fort Lupton Municipal Judge Paul Sacco says that if these unruly Kids play rock or hiphop music louder than rock concerts then they really deserve to listen a two hour music of simple tune artists such as Frank Sinatra, The Cascades, Matt Monroe, and etc. To this kids or teens it is already a big deal punishment to them.
