Why Kurt Cobain Hurt Himself?

The man is really awesome. A wonder to reckon with who really has the power to change the youth and be a model. But Kurt led his way to be a slave of drugs. He was a striking promising young fellow who learns to sing when he was about 2 years old. Then a tragedy that he can't fully absorbed and comprehend, the separation of his father and mother. He was longing to have a family that was complete like his friends in school.

"I remember feeling ashamed, for some reason. I was ashamed of my parents. I couldn't face some of my friends at school anymore, because I desperately wanted to have the classic, you know, typical family. Mother, father. I wanted that security, so I resented my parents for quite a few years because of that." After a year spent living with his mother following the divorce, Cobain moved to Montesano, Washington to live with his father, but after a few years his youthful rebellion became too overwhelming and he found himself being shuffled between friends and family.

It is really devastating on him. Maybe he blame himself on the divorce of his mom and dad. This would contribute to his suicide. Then when he was known as Kurt Cobain himself, he was into drugs. All kinds of drugs, because he has the means to buy them since he has the money to support his vices.


After a series of tours from outside United States. Kurt Cobain had his first attempted suicide and that was in Rome. He tried to overdose himself with Rohypnol and Champagne. He was immediately rush to the hospital and had been unconscious for 5 days. Then Cobain was discharge and went back to Seattle.




After so many incident he had had enough of his life. He voluntarily admitted himself for a Exodus Recovery Center in Los Angeles, California on March 30, 1994. The following night Kurt went out to have a cigarette and had climbed to a 6 foot high fench of the vicinity. Then he hailed a Taxi and went all the way back to Seattle but his wife and family members don't know where his whereabouts.


On April 2 and the following days Kurt was spotted to be around Seattle Area. On the day of April 5, 1994 he shot himself at his Lake Washington Home using a shot gun. He was found by an electrician on later April 8,1994.
